Each day focuses on one new skill, followed by a fun, coach-led workout:
Safe lifting & movement basics
Bodyweight strength
Coordination & agility
Gym confidence & skill execution
Teamwork and positive effort
Learning how to move well - not just fast
No experience needed. First-timers are very welcome.
