KidAthletic is a small-group athletic training program for kids ages 7–9, designed to build the foundations of athleticism through fun, age-appropriate activities.
Each session develops:
- Fundamental movement skills – running, jumping, changing direction
- Speed, agility, and coordination
- Confidence & intent of movement
Our positive, encouraging environment helps kids improve their athletic ability whether they play sports or simply want to move better and stay active.
📅 Schedule: Mondays & Wednesdays, 5–6 PM
