Spend the morning as a family, exploring the science of cancer, practicing new coping skills, and interacting with other families impacted by cancer.What to Expect:
- Science: Interactive activities to help kids understand how cancer impacts the body.
- Yoga + Mindfulness: Gentle movement and breathwork for the whole family.
- Art: Art-based activities to explore and express emotions.
- Lunch: A lunch provided for all participants.
Through the theme of love inspired by Valentine's Day, come for the learning, stay for the love, and leave with a toolkit of strength for your family’s journey.
The definition of "family" is different for everyone, and you're welcome to bring anyone you consider family. Activities in this program are geared towards kids ages 5+
