KICKASS is back for March. Join us at The Candy Factory (TCF) for a night of mingling and connecting with other women in our community. Our speaker series fosters a space where we can learn from one another, support each other’s growth, and have real conversations about the topics that matter most to our lives, careers, and well-being.
We’re at an exciting time where conversations about women’s health are more open and public than ever before. This month, we are thrilled to welcome Chelsea Christmas, founder of At Her Core Fitness, to help us dive into this topic.
Chelsea will be sharing her expertise on why focusing on our health is vital at every stage of life. She’ll talk about the benefits of movement and strength building, from increased energy to long-term health, and how being part of a supportive community makes staying motivated much easier. This is an important discussion on how to get started with sustainable habits that support your body as you age.
We look forward to an open dialogue during the Q&A, where we can discuss all things women's health.
