6:30am: Fun Friday
7:30am: Own Bag/ Partners
8:30am: Intro Class
9:30am: 75 minute Combo Class (Strength Training and Kickboxing)
11:00am: Kids Class
12:00pm: Super Hero Theme Class
1:00pm: Intro Class
All classes are open to the public! We are asking for a $15 donation for a single class, or $25 donation for unlimited classes!
