Kiana Paulson & Andrés Yuya Present: Community Sweat Volume 3

We are so excited to come back together as a group for an energizing experience rooted in movement, wellness, and connection. This event combines high-energy dance fitness with a grounding yoga flow, creating the perfect balance of sweat and restoration.

Community Sweat is more than a workout — it’s a space to connect, celebrate movement, and prioritize wellness together. Whether you come with friends or arrive solo, you’ll leave feeling stronger, refreshed, and part of a supportive community.

We will start by moving to upbeat music through an accessible dance fitness workout designed for all levels led by Kiana. After building energy and confidence on the dance floor, we’ll transition into a calming yoga session to stretch, breathe, and reset the body led by Andrés.
