This workshop will include:
-Introduction into emotional Imprints
-Reflective journalling through guided excersises
-Intention Setting
-9D Breathwork Journey
The sacred Child Breathwork will include 3 parts :
- recconecting with the inner child and l etting ourselves free from the chains of inherited pain and limitation
- honoring the lineage that flows through our veins, acknowledging the countless generations that have come before us and their stories etched into the very fabric of our being
- recconecting with our soul and summoning the courage that offers comapssion and forgiveness to ourselves.
This is a combination of layers that are designed to allow for a deep immersion into your own inner world, helping you achieve more self- love, more peace and release those limiting beliefs that no longer have a place in your mind. Shifting into the present moment of unity and creative force energy.
Breathing light into all the darkest places, to start creating life with passion, purpose, and acceptance.
WHAT TO BRING:
small pillow, a blanket if you get too cold, water bottle, journal and comfortable clothes,
Yoga mats and headphones will be provided.
Please avoid heavy meals and coffee 2h before the sessions

A breathing session may not be suitable for you if you have the following conditions:
Cardiovascular problems, abnormally high blood pressure, aneurysms, epilepsy and seizures in the past,anyone taking heavy medication, severe psychiatric symptoms especially psychosis or paranoia, bipolar, osteoporosis, recent surgery, glaucoma, pregnancy, any person with a mental illness who is not in treatment or lacks adequate support. People with asthma should bring their own inhaler and consult with their physician and breathing session instructor before participating.
Anyone experiencing an emotional or spiritual crisis: This list is not exhaustive and we generally advise that ifyou have a question about a condition you may have that is not listed here, you consult a physician beforeparticipating in these breathing sessions. I warrant and represent that I am in good health physically, mentally, psychologically and emotionally, and I understand and warrant that if I am not in good health I will not be allowed to perform the activities and sessions. Accordingly, the declaration and certification that I am in good health in all the above-mentioned respects constitutes a material agreement to allow me to participate in the breathing sessions.
