- This show is for 16yrs+ only with those under the age of 21yrs to be accompanied by an adult 21yrs+.
- This event will be a phone-free experience. Use of phones, smart watches and accessories will not be permitted in the performance space. Other than your phone, we strongly encourage you to leave your smart watches and any other smart devices at home.
- Upon arrival at the venue, after you have scanned your tickets, please put your phones on silent. Phones, smart watches and accessories will then be secured in individual Yondr pouches at the security check-in. Guests always maintain possession of their devices and can access them throughout the event only in designated Phone Use Areas within the venue. All devices must be re-secured in Yondr pouches before exiting designated Phone Use Areas.
- Anyone seen using a device (phone, smart watch, or accessories) during the performance will be escorted out of the venue.
- Parental guidance is strongly advised as the show is intended for adults and may not be suitable for children.
- Platinumlist recommends that customers avoid purchasing Platinumlist-branded tickets from secondary ticketing websites or online selling sites such as eBay, Dubizzle, Facebook, StubHub, and Online Ticket Shop. This is because there is a possibility that the ticket may not be valid for entry or may be canceled by Platinumlist if it is determined that the ticket has been resold. It is worth noting that in certain countries, the reselling of tickets is prohibited by law.
- It is highly recommended that you take precautions to protect your tickets from the possibility of loss or theft.
- Platinumlist does not assume responsibility for replacing lost or stolen tickets, nor does it provide refunds for tickets that have been lost or stolen.
- If a customer's electronic ticket is duplicated or stolen, for example, through a hacked email or delivery to a shared email address, and the ticket is scanned and used before the customer arrives at the event, entry will be denied. No refund will be issued in this case.

How to get there:
- By car: Coca-Cola Arena is located in the City Walk area and it's easily accessible from Sheikh Zayed Road. From Sheikh Zayed Road, take Exit 47 towards Al Safa Street and follow the signs for City Walk.
- By public transportation: Coca-Cola Arena Dubai is easily accessible by metro, you can take the Red Line and get off at the Dubai Mall/Burj Khalifa Metro Station. From there, you can walk a few minutes to reach Coca-Cola Arena.
- By taxi: You can also take a taxi to Coca-Cola Arena Dubai. It's a famous destination and most drivers would be familiar with its location.
