As the leader of Sports Performance Training in the Washington Metro area, Dynamic Sport Performance offers an innovative, efficacious, and personal approach to training. Each client, whether they are an athlete or not, are assessed and then trained to master basic human movements.
The DSP staff is a recognized national leader in the use of kettlebells for the enhancement of sport-performance training , strength-training, and functional movement for athletes and non-athletes. DSP clients range in age between nine and 69.
Our unique program includes instruction in movement competency, injury reduction and rehabilitation, linear and lateral speed techniques, foot speed and agility, explosive power development, proper functional strength training, and energy system conditioning, and emotional conditioning
Founder and owner Darius Gilbert is a national figure on the exercise science and personal training circuit. He is recognized nationally as one of the pre-eminent masters of kettlebells and regularly provides RKC certification classes and seminars that are popular amongst doctors and other medical professionals.
The efficacy of his programs for attaining peak-performance as well as rehabilitation is strong and sought after by those looking for more than can be found in typical fitness or sport skill training centers.
This workshop will be interactive and full of wisdom from Coach Darius' 25 years coaching & running a sport performance business.
