Kettlebell Workshop
This workshop is focused on progressions and drills for the kettlebell clean and snatch. We will practice the skills of creating appropriate tension and relaxation coupled with coordinating breathwork to effectively, powerfully and safely perform each movement. Although we will revisit the foundational deadlift and swing, competency in the kettlebell swing is suggested. Please wear comfortable clothing and flat/low-profile or barefoot shoes. Training without shoes will be encouraged and optional. Our day will conclude with a mini-training session to apply the learning.
Public Transit, bike or scooter is recommended. Limited metered street parking can be found on 3rd Street.
