Welcome to Kettlebell BURN! Join me, Liana, on Wednesday evenings at 7:30PM for an intense 1hr workout session. Get ready to sweat, challenge yourself, and have fun with kettlebell exercises. No matter your fitness level, I will guide you through a high-energy workout and help you master different strenght and conditioning techniques. Don't miss out on this opportunity to learn a new workout skill, increase your strength, and feel the BURN!
This is a small group session with max 5 people so I can ensure that I give you the best quality coaching.
NOTE:
There is a single person bathroom on site. Please bring your FILLED water bottle.
Close to Q train at 86th and M15 bus stop.
No outside-shoes gym - PLEASE wear socks or bring sneakers that you ONLY wear indoors.
About me:
I'm Liana Giangiulio, a seasoned personal trainer with a proven track record of helping clients smash their fitness goals. As a 5’0” tiny but mighty powerhouse I’ve placed in Strongman competitions and actively pursue powerlifting, so I bring a disciplined and focused mindset to all my training sessions and programming. I’ve served over 200 individuals with aesthetic, strength, sport-specific, and pain management goals and I’m excited to have you join the Young Savage Fitness team!
Specialities include powerlifting, functional strength, kettlebell, strongman, and a BODY NEUTRAL approach to fitness. I pride myself in creating LGBT+ and size inclusive safe workout spaces. I have experience working with seniors, those with adaptive workout needs, and online coaching.
