The program uses lightweight kettlebells, in both traditional and non-traditional ways, to create a fun, effective full-body workout. This is a great class to pair with Poundยฎ if you are looking to add more to your workout.
*You will need to bring your own kettlebell to class. The suggested weight for women is 5-10 lbs, and for men is 10-15 lbs. DO NOT EXCEED 15 POUNDS.
