About this Event
Come join our Jr. Naturalist program! Once a month, participants will explore exciting topics like botany, ornithology, wildlife, geology, and more. Each session includes hands-on learning and a special guest to bring science to life. Meetings will be held at Nature as Teacher. Some dates will have a 9am start time and others will start at 1pm. Please make a note!

- December 18, 2025 – Botany (9a-11a)
- January 14, 2026 – Ornithology (1p-3p)
- February 12, 2026 – Herpetology (9a-11a)
- March 25, 2026 – Entomology (9a-11a)
- April 15, 2026 – Aquatic Ecology (TBD)
- May 13, 2026 – Wildlife (1p-3p)
- June 10, 2026 – Geology (9a-11a)

Membership requirement: Current 4-H membership in is required for participation in this event.
Custodial Care: Please note that this event and its coordinators do not assume custodial care of youth in attendance. Adults (parents, guardians, volunteers, coaches, or chaperones) must be present for the supervision of youth participants.
