Members of the Kentucky Bach Choir will present a short concert consisting of works by composers from various centuries, including James MacMillan, Paul Mealor, Johannes Brahms, Giovanni Pierluigi da Palestrina, Orlando di Lasso, and of course, Johann Sebastian Bach. Several of the well-known chorales from Bach's cantatas will be performed. The program will also include instrumental and vocal solos by members of the ensemble.The mission of the KBC is to inspire, engage, and educate audiences through exceptional performances of distinguished musical works by J. S. Bach and other significant composers, presented by professional musicians of the highest caliber.
