Kent Sling & Cloth Nappy Library in Dartford

We will be running in the Quiet Room at St Edmunds Church Living Well Centre in Temple Hill DA1 5ND. There is free parking available on the roads surrounding the church. We'll put up signs to direct you, but we are through the main church and to the right.
We'll be offering the following services on a drop-in basis, but do feel free to book an appointment or get in touch if you want us to bring something specific -
Free information and advice on using slings and carriers.
Learn about the benefits of using slings and carriers, how to use them safely and find one that works best for your family.
We can also provide support with using your own sling or carrier.

Sling and Carrier rentals - We will be offering the opportunity to rent any of our slings and carriers to give them a real test drive before deciding to buy or to use for a specific activity. We charge £15 per month. Families receiving healthy start vouchers pay no fee.
Cloth Nappy Kits are available to rent. We have newborn (up to around 12lb) and birth to potty (starting at around 12lb) sized kits that can be used full time so you can get a real feel for using them before you buy. Kits are £15/month unless you receive healthy start vouchers. We usually bring one of each kits with us each week, but it would be great if you could message Karen so we have enough kits on the day.
Breastpump rental - Contact us to let us know you are coming and we can have everything ready for you. £15/20 per month to rent a pump (Ardo Calypso/Spectra S1) plus the cost of collection kits at £10 each. (free to those receiving healthy start vouchers)
Sling and Carrier Sales at Great prices - We usually have stretchy wraps with us, but let us know if you are thinking of buying something else and we can give you a price to compare. If you would like to try before you buy then let us know within a week of renting and we'll take £10 off the purchase price and swap carriers when your new carrier arrives.
As a non-profit organisation all rental fees and sales raise funds for us to continue our services and provide the free services that we do across Kent.
