💵 Pay & Schedule
- $17–$20/hour + $2,500 Hiring Incentive
- Full-Time: 3:00 PM–11:30 PM, weekend shifts required Sat & Sun (7:00 AM–3:30 PM or 3:00 PM–11:30 PM)
- Part-Time: 3:00 PM–11:30 PM, same weekend requirements
- Flexible schedules to accommodate classes
💡 Role Highlights
- Provide hands-on care (feeding, bathing, toileting, dressing)
- Implement behavioral and educational protocols
- Collect and document patient behavior and care data
- Ensure patient and unit safety
- Assist with training new staff and supporting unit operations
Patients may have autism spectrum disorder, developmental delays, intellectual disabilities, feeding/sleep disorders, genetic/metabolic/chromosomal disorders, and severe behavioral challenges.
🎓 Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required (Bachelor’s preferred)
- Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral challenges is a plus
- Must complete Behavior Management & Safety/Transport training
- Physically able to work with patients and follow safety protocols
