Mastering spin pole is more than just transferring tricks you know on the static pole onto the spin pole. Spin pole is its own apparatus with its own techniques. In this workshop, we will go over graceful, beginner tricks on the spin pole that will make you look even more floaty and ethereal in the air. Prerequisites: Stronghold, chair spin, pole sit.
