The Team of Tanya Langford (DV Prevention Life Coach) & Ann Draper (Bronze Level-3rd Dan Karate Coach) provide skills & training to enhance communication: boundary setting; & other Personal Empowerment along with a range of Self-Defence moves to escape situations of physical restraint & harm. You will leave with a greater understanding of your rights & how to use your voice effectively to gain respect & express what 'IS' & what 'IS NOT' oK. *This form of 'Empowerment Self Defense' is proven to reduce incidences of harm & assaults & promotes healthier relationships.
