On this two-day course, you’ll use colour, collage and paint to create visual prompts, enabling you to build a playful and creative relationship with your sketchbook. After preparing papers, we will head out to draw on location, recording our individual responses to our surroundings.
Back in the studio on day two, the focus will be on developing compositional ideas from your newly-filled sketchbooks, generating ideas that can be carried forward into paintings, prints, or further personal work.
