Keep Winning Run Club presents “THREE OH 5k”. Powered by Nike, this 3-mile shakeout run is designed to bring every athlete in town together before they step onto the HYROX competition floor. A moment to move, reset, and arrive.
More than just a run, this is the warmup before the warmup. Guided by trainers you know and paying homage to top Miami-based coaches, athletes will be led through intentional mobility/stretching, breathing techniques, and activation designed to release tension, sharpen focus, and steady the mind ahead of competition.
It’s a meeting point where communities intersect, disciplines overlap, and athletes across backgrounds align around chasing a shared standard of excellence.
