Led by Founder of Pink & Powerful Coach Meg, this low-impact "Sculpt-style" class to a KE$HA- themed playlist incorporates elements of yoga, mat pilates, and mindfulness/ breathwork to create a holistic mind, body, soul experience.

Please BYO Mat if you have one, but I will have a few extras available :)

And as usual at P&P events, enjoy chatting with fellow attendees after the workout while sipping on delicious smoothies and snacking on great food from Aruba Island Bowl!
