Kansas City Yoga Teacher Training's Mission Statement:Our mission is to fill a need in the Kansas City yoga community for a comprehensive, integrative yoga teacher training that honors all students regardless of ethnicity, background, gender and age in accordance with the Yamas and Niyamas from the eight limbs of yoga.
This training will give you all the tools you need essentially teaching you HOW to teach yoga. Not only will you learn HOW to teach yoga, you will start your journey into the philosophy and history behind this ancient practice. Educational highlights include: asana, pranayama, pre-natal, restorative, kid's yoga, meditation, sequencing a class, anatomy and more. This training is for those who are deeply committed to obtaining a quality teacher training or who wish to advance their yoga practice.
