About this Event
"YOU SHALL BE, BY HEAVEN, TARTUFFIFIED!" Heels, corsets, and acrylic nails pop off the stage in this fast-paced, witty comedy, set to the rhythms of Bach and EDM, pulsing through from a backbone of incisive social satire.
When a false holy man infiltrates a bourgeois household by rousing the family into an absurd religious fervor, family systems, social expectations, and political structures, collide and collapse. This show savors the complexities of the spiritual and the physical, the sensible and the chaotic, and the divine and the earthly.
This fall, KCST brings you our version of Molière’s 1664 masterpiece, fusing times and places together into a maximalist, anachronistic dreamscape.
Join us on October 17th-18th in the Glicker-Milstein Theater for a thrilling 90-minutes of scandals, scoundrels, and style! Tickets are free, as always. Non-CUID Guests must checkout tickets and select the non-CUID add-on at least two days in advance of the show.
