Join us for an unforgettable evening as The Overlook debuts its first elevated dining experience—an exclusive four-course dinner showcasing bison from our ranch, with wines from our partner, Doghobble Wine Farm.
Ages 21+
Set against the breathtaking backdrop of mountains and vineyards, The Overlook offers a gathering space where refined cuisine meets the beauty of North Georgia. An executive chef will hand-craft each course using grass fed and field harvested bison raised on our land, creating a farm-to-table experience that celebrates the season's quiet elegance and the depth of winter flavors.
In partnership with Doghobble Wine Farm, expertly curated wines will be available for purchase throughout the evening, offering the perfect complement to each course.

Appetizer : Bison Meatballs with Quinoa, Tomato & Basil
Salad : Bison Carpaccio with Arugula, Fennel, Capers, Apple & Mustard Vinaigrette
Main Course: Braised Bison in Red Wine with Parsnip & Potato Mash and Asparagus
Dessert: Mulled Winter Fruit Tart with Wine Glacé
*Wine from Doghobble Wine Farm is not included and will be available for purchase throughout the evening.*
About the Chef:
Chef Oscar Mendivil has 20 years of culinary experience. Originally from Sonora, Mexico, Oscar discovered his passion for cooking at a young age, helping in his family’s kitchen and his mother’s restaurant. He later trained professionally at the Arizona Culinary Institute and honed his skills with the Ritz-Carlton in California, Houston, and Los Angeles. He currently owns and operates Powder Springs Bistro in Powder Springs, Georgia.
