How do I redeem my voucher?
Your ticket is a gift voucher and is redeemable till the end of January 2027. This voucher covers 1 person on the Kayak Bus trip. To redeem the voucher, look at the dates on our website and email us the date you wish, and we can slot you into our advertised trips. We advertise up to 8 weeks in advance on our website. The gift voucher is redeemable from Tuesday to Saturday, inclusive and excluding bank holidays. This voucher can also be used on the Night Bus Trip. Note, we deliver far more daytime trips down to the time of tide and the length of daylight.

Where does the event start and finish? If you choose Greenwich to Battersea, we will meet you at our base, London Kayak Company 8 Springham Walk, River Gardens, Greenwich SE10 0YP
If you decide on the Battersea to Greenwich option we will meet you by the slipway next to St Mary Church, Battersea Church Rd, London SW11 3NA. Your trip will finish in Greenwich at our base close to Enderby House and the Cutty Sark Pub.
