The Kato Karate Confidence Club is a fun, positive, high-energy open mat designed to help kids build confidence, courage, and focus, all in a supportive environment parents can trust.
This is not a regular class. It’s a hands-on experience where kids learn simple confidence skills, try basic karate movements, and walk away feeling proud of themselves.

To keep our Confidence Club small and impactful, kids may attend one free event every 60 days. This helps us give every family a chance to participate.
