🌿 Katana Mindful Training – One-Day Seminar 🌿
Step into the world of the Samurai:
This one-day seminar focuses on the martial arts principle
KI · KEN · TAI · ICHI - the unity of body, sword and movement.
Training is done with the bokken (wooden training sword representing the katana)
and focuses on the coordination of posture, movement and cut –
not on sport competition.
People with metal Katana can use it for solo practice, unless decided otherwise on spot.
🔸 Calm, clearly guided training, suitable for beginners
🔸 Work with movement, stability, timing and attention
🔸 No pressure, no performance, no competition
🔸 Bokken can be borrowed during the seminar
🔸 Hand-crafted sword available, order in advance
