The Embassy of the Slovak Republic in Washington, D.C. is pleased to invite you to an evening of classical guitar music featuring internationally acclaimed Slovak guitarist Karol Samuelčík, as part of his debut U.S. tour.

About the Artist

Karol Samuelčík is a Slovak classical guitarist and educator at the Academy of Performing Arts in Bratislava. As an international soloist, he has toured Europe, Asia, and South America, performing at prestigious venues such as London’s Queen Elizabeth Hall (Purcell Room) and the Shenzhen Concert Hall in China. He has appeared alongside major orchestras including the Slovak Philharmonic, Slovak State Philharmonic Košice, and the Hong Kong Metropolitan Pop Orchestra. A winner of numerous international competitions, his diverse repertoire focuses on Spanish, Latin American, and 19th-century music.
