At Karma Jiu Jitsu’s March Break Camp, kids stay active, engaged, and challenged in the best way possible. Each day includes age-appropriate self-defence instruction, fun movement games, teamwork activities, and confidence-building challenges that help children grow both physically and mentally. Beyond learning self-defence skills, campers develop discipline, resilience, focus, and respect... qualities that carry over into school, sports, and everyday life.
