We're collecting donations of personal hygiene items in support of the Lanark County Food Bank. Our Karma Day initiative opens our group fitness classes to everyone in the community. Join us for any one of our Friday group fitness classes in July and August — no day pass or guest pass is required. Simply bring in a personal hygiene item for donation to the food bank.
***Items in demand include shampoo, soap, toothpaste, toothbrushes, feminine hygiene items, deodorant, shaving products, etc.***
Please feel free to donate an item any day of the week if you're visiting us for a health care appointment or workout. There is a collection box beside our front desk.
Register in advance for the class of your choice through our mobile app, at our front desk, or by calling us at 613-253-2112.
Group classes fill up quickly. If you can’t honour your reservation, please cancel it so someone else can enjoy the class.
