Our summer Fresh Air Fitness series of classes at Riverside Park is back!Join us at Riverside Park (beside the boat launch) on Saturdays from 9:30am to 10:30am in July and August. Here is the class schedule:
July 6: Zumba Party with Isabel
July 13: Slow Flow Yoga with Jessie
July 20: Natural Movement + Mobility with Rick
July 27: HIIT the Beach with Chris G.
August 10: Stretch + Unwind Yoga with Jessie
August 17: HIIT the Beach with Chris G.
August 24: Yoga + Pilates Fusion with Anne-Marie
(please note that there is no class during the Civic Holiday and Labour Day long weekends)
Four things to keep in mind for the series:
1. Everyone is welcome -- the series is free for members and guests alike
2. No registration is required -- just head to the park with your water bottle, mat, and towel
3. Mother Nature is full of surprises -- if we need to cancel the class because of inclement weather, we will let you know via social media the night before the class
4. Our instructors are awesome -- they will offer modifications for those who wish to increase or decrease the intensity of the movements
This series offers a chance for a change of scenery and routine. We hope you'll join us!
