Kare-San-Sui (Zen Garden) Hands-On Workship

Join us for a super chill in-person workshop where you'll get to create your very own Kare-San-Sui or Zen garden! It's all about bringing calm, focus, and good vibes with rocks, sand, and a minimalistic design. Perfect for anyone wanting a peaceful escape or a cool new hobby. Roll up your sleeves and get ready to dig into some zen gardening fun!

All materials will be provided — bring yourself!
Just so you know, the completed Zen garden will remain at the venue and cannot be taken home.

The workshop will be held in the Cedar Room of Floral Hall, located in the parking area of VanDusen Botanical Garden.

Please note that if you wish to enter the Sakura Day Japan Fair on the day of the event, you will need to purchase a separate ticket using the link below.
