Ashridge Karate Academy is coming to Pitstone! Calling all kids, teens and adults - whether they have experience of karate or not - to improve their fitness, self confidence, discipline, and learn self defence via the traditional art of karate, all in a friendly, fun setting!Every Tuesday at Pitstone Memorial Hall.
