Lights, puppets, music, action! Get ready for a week of creativity, laughter, music, and imaginative storytelling at Karaoke Puppet Pals Camp at Wayne Center for the Arts!
In this playful and high-energy summer camp, campers will design and build their own original puppets before bringing them to life through karaoke-style performances, character creation, theatrical games, storytelling, and silly fun. Along the way, students will invent puppet personalities, create unique voices, develop imaginative “puppet worlds,” and work together to create unforgettable performances.
The week wraps up with a joyful informal showcase where campers’ puppet characters take center stage for songs, scenes, and plenty of laughs!
No theater or music experience is needed!
Led by performing arts educator Brittany Kranstuber (Eckstrom) and visual arts educator Darcy Haynes, this camp blends visual art, theater, music, and collaborative play into an unforgettable creative experience for young performers and makers alike.
