We start at 5.30pm on a Wednesday in the beautiful Kara Kokopu hall.A 75-minute weekly general yoga class of hatha yoga, with yoga nidra:
asana (postures/exercises);
pranayama (specialized breathing techniques);
yoga nidra (deep relaxation).
Expertly facilitated by Rishi or Radhe.
Rishi has a BMus with Honours, specializing in classical singing performance, and has a RYT 200 Yoga teaching qualification from Prema-Heart Yoga School on Waiheke. He has worked with Swami Anandaradha Saraswati (Radhe) in the Northland classes and workshops, also attending other yoga retreats and workshops to continue learning through yoga.
Radhe has been a yoga instructor for more than 40 years and has a gentle, insightful approach.
Both Radhe and Rishi are trustees of Shraddha Yoga and Meditation, a registered non-profit charitable trust. Donations of $20 or more are tax deductible. 🕉️

Whether a complete beginner, or experienced in home yoga practice/different yoga classes, you are always very welcome.
All students work at their own level to suit their individual needs.
Fees are payable via internet banking or cash.
All concession cards do NOT have an expiry date and can be used at any class/venue.
NEW TO US?
Even though the casual rate is $20/$15,
paying just $10 cash/internet banking is fine for the first session for students new to us,
especially if you are not yet sure whether or not you want to purchase a concession card.
If you already know that you want to get a card, you can still get the great value rate of $10 per class if you purchase our 11-class card (no expiry, so use it when you can at any classes that we have on offer).
You could buy a card with a friend if you want to share the outlay. 😊
There is another SPECIAL OFFER FOR STUDENTS NEW TO US :
5-CLASS CARD only $55 (the first time that you get a card).
This is $11 per class (usually $14 per class if purchasing 5 classes).
Do note that if you want to continue at the $10 per class rate after paying $10 via cash or internet banking for your first session, we would highly recommend just getting an 11-class card for $110 (this is definitely our most popular card!)
STANDARD FEE OPTIONS:
$20/$15 with a Community Services Card per class casual/drop-in;
$14 on a 5-class card (5 for $70);
$10 on an 11-class card (11 for $110);
~$9.50 on a 22-class card (22 for $210).
Enquire about extra concessions for secondary and tertiary students.
Please always feel welcome to contact us privately if you need to arrange a special deal on cards to be able to manage to come.
Bring your own yoga mat, water bottle and a blanket (or cotton sarong in the summer) for covering yourself during the relaxation.
