Come and meet local Northland producers as we use their amazing produce to create restaurant quality dishes in our commercial kitchen. Chef Brooke will teach you how to cure kingfish, pickle raspberries and plate a beautiful fresh dish, perfect for an entrée as we head into the warmer months.Papaka Rd Gin will offer up a tasting of their gins, along with some great ideas for the perfect summer cocktail. We will use the award winning Belle Chevre Creamery goats cheese to make a luxurious panna cotta with local honey, macadamia crumb and grilled pineapple.
