About this Event
Kapwa is a Filipino concept rooted in shared identity and interconnectedness - “I am because we are.” That translates beautifully into a collective sound healing experience.
Rooted in the Filipino philosophy of kapwa - the understanding that we are not separate, but deeply interconnected - this outdoor sound bath is an invitation to return to yourself through collective presence.
Held in the openness of the park, this experience weaves together sound, nature, and community. As you lie beneath the sky, you’ll be guided through a meditative journey with crystal singing bowls, chimes, and grounding frequencies designed to calm the nervous system and bring the body into balance.
The sounds move through you as the natural world holds you - the wind, the trees, and the subtle rhythms of the earth becoming part of the experience. In this shared space of stillness, we soften, release, and remember our connection to one another.
You are invited to bring an item for the earth - flowers, herbs, water, or something meaningful - to contribute to a shared altar if you feel called.
Bring a mat, blanket, and anything that supports your comfort. Come as you are, and be held in sound, nature, and community.
