What is KAP (Kundalini Activation Process)?
KAP is a direct energy transmission that activates a gradual kundalini awakening process. There are two things that happen in KAP, the transmission of kundalini, and the transmission of non-dual states of consciousness.
In a session, you lie down on a yoga mat. Some music is played. The facilitator touches or presses some of the chakra or meridian points on your body. That’s it. That’s all that happens on the outside. What happens on the inside is a totally different story…
A profound rewiring of the brain structure and the central nervous system happens with continuous exposure. But what‘s more important is the shift in consciousness, your shifts in perception of reality, that then changes your life.
Why KAP?
In KAP the energy enters from the crown chakra and flows to the root chakra, where it begins to build and flow both ways. This creates a more powerful and gradual awakening process than most people have ever experienced, and is often described as very natural. It is completely safe and has an intelligence that will do exactly as your system needs and won't shock the body in any way.
The transmission of KAP is a practice of surrender, and not a self willed generating practice. In this way it is different from many forms of energy work like kundalini yoga, qi gong, or tai chi.
What to expect during a session?
Participants lie down comfortably on a yoga mat. Background music plays while you surrender to the energy. Spontaneous movements can and do arise such as mudras and yoga poses. Some people laugh, or cry, or have visuals and deep realizations.

How to prepare and what to bring:
- Avoid alcohol or drugs 24 hours before the session
- Avoid heavy foods at least 3 hours before the session
- Light meal for breakfast (fruits and veggies)
- Wear comfortable clothes
- Please bring a yoga mat
