About this Event
Tsumamizaiku is a 200-year-old traditional Japanese craft, dating back to the Edo period, that involves folding small, square pieces of fabric—typically chirimen (crepe)—using tweezers to create intricate floral designs. These pinched fabric petals are assembled into beautiful accessories like kanzashi (hairpins), brooches, and jewelry.
