Kansas NICA Leadership Summit
Join us for the Kansas NICA Leadership Summit as we prepare for the 2025 Spring Season! This in-person gathering will bring together leaders from across the state to discuss and share ideas about how to promote and grow the sport of mountain biking in Kansas. Whether you're a coach, potential coach, interested in starting your own team, or think you can help out in some other form (all kinds of help is always welcome!) this summit is the perfect opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals and learn from experienced league veterans. Get ready for inspiring talks, networking opportunities, and brainstorming sessions that will leave you motivated and equipped to make a positive impact on youth cyclists in Kansas.
*** We had some last minute conflicts and are finalizing the details for our venue, but it is very likely this will be in the Wichita area! We will update this page and send out confirmed venue details and room block information for those who'd like to stay overnight soon! About Kansas NICA
The Kansas Interscholastic Cycling League was founded in 2019 as a non-profit (501(c)3) Emergent League of the National Interscholastic Cycling Association (NICA). We facilitate the development of high school and middle school teams/clubs for grades 6-12 and provide the education, training, licensing, and insurance for coaches and volunteers. We also produce high-quality mountain bike events and races that emphasize the value of participation, camaraderie, positive sporting behavior, and well-being over competition.
