KANNA: Medicinal Movement Journey

KANNA is a sacred portal where you can connect with your inner world through movement, music, creative expression and intentional cannabis use.

Luna will be your galactic DJ and guide you through an opening ceremony and inward-focused dance journey. You’ll explore new ways to connect with this plant medicine, through an intentional practice of spirituality, creativity and presence.

Please be on time. No arrivals will be allowed after 7:15pm.
Bring your own herbal medicines, flow toys, and anything else creatively inspired.

What to know:

* Working with cannabis during this practice is 100% optional. The primary focus is to activate and creative harmony within your spiritual and creative aspects of the Self.

* You will be held safely and powerfully in a ceremonial container from start to finish.

* BYO herbals if you choose to partake in the ceremony. Reach out to Luna for any questions regarding the experience.

Ceremonial Elements:

* Opening Circle: Space clearing & setting intentions for your creative journey.

* Herbal Medicinal Ceremony: Explore the Practices of Presence with Luna and learn about ceremonial uses of cannabis.

* Creative Writing Corner: Let your inspiration flow & tap into journal prompts, creative writing or coloring with a serene space to explore your inner world.

* Meditation Sanctuary: A tranquil area for grounding and centering yourself through rhythmic-breath work and/or meditation.

* Mirror Work: Learn self-love practices through the power of your own mirror reflection

* Embodied Dance Portal: This is the heart of the ceremony, where you’ll be guided to express yourself through freeform movement and inner child exploration.

What to Bring:

* Comfortable clothing for dancing (layers for both hot & cold, fuzzy socks optional) * Journal and pen for creative writing

* Refillable water bottle

* Open heart and mind

* Optional sacred items to place on the altar (gemstones, oracle decks, flowers, etc)

Inspired through her own journey, she’s devoted her life mission to the evolution of emotional health and creative freedom for humanity. Luna guides workshops, ceremonies, seminars and retreats globally around the world that focus on mental health awareness and artistic expansion. As a creator herself, she shares her medicine as a musician, DJ and spoken word artist.
