Are you in for a FREE Kj class? Bring with you long socks, water, a towel, a mat, and your ID card. It is very important to have your ID card to rent the boots!!!
We will form 3 groups, every group will train for 30 min, then we will have a 10-min break to exchange the ID cards with the boots, and have a small talk. Then it is the turn of the second group, and so on!
I just need to know what time you are coming, and what Nr of shoes you wear, to have the right boots for you!
