Kamenar is an independent national touring hard rock band from Tampa, FL featuring twin brothers Sean and John Kamenar.
The brothers formed the band in 2015 after discovering Aerosmith through the Rock n’ Roller Coaster at Hollywood Studios.
With a sound heavily influenced by 70’s, 80’s and 90’s rock, Kamenar mixes a variety of genres, creating a fresh new modern rock sound.
Known for their energetic live shows, Kamenar performs as a two piece, uniquely creating a four piece sound. With Sean Kamenar on lead vocals, as well as playing guitar and bass simultaneously, and John Kamenar pounding on the drums, this brother duo is known for creating a massive wall of sound.
Kamenar has opened and shared stages with Ace Frehley, Alice Cooper, Slash ft. Myles Kennedy, Bret Michaels, Night Ranger, The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus, Everclear, Filter, Hinder, Puddle Of Mudd, Saliva, Alien Ant Farm, New Years Day, Nita Strauss, LA Guns, Faster Pussycat, Dokken, Lynch Mob, King’s X, Jackyl, Geoff Tate, Stephen Pearcy and Slaughter, among others.
Kamenar has performed at notable festivals such as RokIsland Fest and Orange Loop Rock Festival, alongside Stone Temple Pilots, Chevelle, John 5 and Hoobastank.
The brothers have been out on numerous tours with 10 Years, Keith Wallen of Breaking Benjamin, Smile Empty Soul and Tantric.
With the addition of multiple headlining tours throughout the years, Kamenar is constantly out on the road bringing their high energy and interactive live shows to stages all over the U.S.
Currently working on a full length album, Kamenar’s latest three singles “Animal”, “Now That We Both Know” and “The Man” are out now and available on all major streaming platforms.
Kamenar saw success with “Animal” on radio across the country, with the song landing #28 on the Mainstream / Active Rock Charts.

Featuring Tom Hamilton Of Aerosmith
Unlike the name suggests, these five guys are close friends, each with an illustrious musical career.
Tom Hamilton, multiple Grammy winner, Rock and Roll Hall of Fame member, and Bassist of the biggest-selling American rock band of all time, Aerosmith, is joined by legendary drummer Tony Brock (The BABYS and Rod Stewart), touring veterans Peter Stroud (Sheryl Crow and Don Henley) and Trace Foster on guitar, and singer Chasen Hampton, who has been singing professionally since the age of 11 as a member of the famed Mickey Mouse Club.
Luckily for us, these five don’t want to rest
on their laurels and ride off into the sunset.
