Kamayan Feast Miami – Open-Air Filipino Communal Dining at UbeFest
About this Event

On November 30 (Sunday), UbeFest expands into a deeply immersive Filipino tradition: a communal, family-style feast served over banana leaves and eaten by hand (gloves provided).

Each reservation includes:

  • One complimentary drink
  • Six Filipino dishes such as chicken inasal, lechon pork belly, pork and shirmp lumpia-- and many more!

A Chef Collaboration Honoring Filipino Tradition

This Kamayan Feast brings together four chefs shaping Miami’s Filipino food movement:

  • Leicel Ros – Sili Miami
  • Nancy Dominguez – Sili Miami
  • Reiji Yoshizawa – Elyu Omakase
  • Oliver Lustado

Together, they reinterpret the Filipino kamayan through their own creative lens, blending flavor, tradition, and technique.
