About this Event
Calling all therapists, wellness workers, and individuals seeking personal growth, resilience, and healing! Join us for a transformative workshop on Kali Connection Therapy (KCT). KCT is an experiential modality featured at Onsite Workshops, the Integrative Life Center and at Cumberland Heights. The practices consist of cooperative, rhythmic exercises based on the latest neuroscience to help bring a sense of calm while also energizing the body. Underneath the memorizing movements, practitioners are learning real life self-defense techniques. All fitness levels can participate.
In this workshop, we will explore how Kali Connection Therapy can help expand your window of tolerance, enhance resilience, incorporate mindfulness, and bring your body back to a regulated and connected state. Through somatic therapeutic movement, we will navigate the intricacies of the nervous system and learn valuable tools for managing stress and anxiety, while fostering a sense of empowered agency. We will be covering the basic tap series, the core regulatory exercise and the down tap series.
*Exciting Announcement*: Successful completion of this workshop is a prerequisite for our upcoming Kali Connection Therapy Certification Training which is now being scheduled for early fall. Start your journey toward becoming a certified Kali Connection Therapy practitioner!
Limited spots available. Secure your place today! If the morning fills, an afternoon session may be added.
