✨ Kakaoceremoni, lekfull voice activation och soundhealing – för närvaro, återhämtning, lek och hjärtats kontakt ✨Välkommen till den andra av hösten fyra ljudcirklar där vi utforskar ljudets kraft genom instrument, röst, vibrationer och närvaro i kombination med ceremoniell kakao med dess hjärtöppnande effekter. Denna gång kommer fokus vara på voice activation (lekfullt utforskande med våra röster) och med en kortare del soundhealing mot slutet. Inga förkunskaper behövs. Välkommen precis som du är 💚
Ljud, vibrationer och ceremoniell kakao har i alla tider använts som verktyg för kontakt, fördjupning och gemenskap – ofta i samband med att man samlats i cirklar.
Genom soundhealing får kroppen möjlighet att slappna av på djupet, nervsystemet kan hitta balans och spänningar – både fysiska och känslomässiga – kan mjukna och släppa taget.
Vi kommer också att utforska röstens kraft genom voice activation – en lekfull och frigörande process som hjälper oss att hitta närvaro, uttryck och kontakt med det inre, utan krav på prestation.

• 19 okt – Workshop med lekfull röstaktivering (voice activation) & en kortare soundhealing att ta emot på slutet
• 16 nov – Ta emot – Soundhealing (röst & instrument)
• 14 dec – Julavslutning i stillhet & ljud
✨ Varje cirkel innehåller:
• Guidad meditation
• Ceremoniell kakao
• Soundhealing (andra tillfället: voice activation och kortare soundhealing)
• Healing med beröring (valfritt) ingår inte i oktobercirkeln)
• Delningsrunda (valfritt)

Welcome to the second of four unique sound and cacao circles this fall where we explore the power of sound through instruments, voice, vibrations and presence, in combination with ceremonial cacao and its beautiful heart-opening effects. This time the focus will be on voice activation (playful exploration with our voices) rounding off with a shorter soundhealing sequence. No prior knowledge is required. You are warmly welcome just as you are 💚
Sound, vibrations and ceremonial cacao have since ancient times been used as tools for connection, deepening and gathering in circles.
Through sound healing, the body is invited to relax deeply, the nervous system can find balance and tensions – both physical and emotional – may gently soften and release.
We will also explore the power of the voice through voice activation – a playful and liberating process that helps us find presence, expression and connection with the inner self, without any demand for performance.
🌀 Dates & themes (14:00–16:30 at Mahalaya):
• 14 Sept – Receiving – Sound healing (voice & instruments)
• 19 Oct – Workshop with playful voice activation & a shorter sound healing at the end
• 16 Nov – Receiving – Sound healing (voice & instruments)
• 14 Dec – Christmas finale in silence & sound

• Guided meditation
• Ceremonial cacao
• Sound healing (second circle: voice activation and a shorter soundhealing sequence)
• Healing with supported touch (optional) (not October circle)
• Sharing circle (optional)
