Hello Tahlequah! Every Tuesday it's RUN CLUB! We always start and finish on the front lawn of the NSU Fitness Center! This is a YEAR ROUND CLUB and it's open to the entire community completely FREE! The goal is to meet at 6:15, discuss the course, and take off right at 6:30pm. Distances vary and typically range from 2-5 miles on any given day. Check the social media for the course ahead of time! All fitness levels are welcome and you may run or walk the entire time! You may join us for just a portion of the distance if needed! You do you.
Bring your friends, kids, dogs, and most importantly bring YOSELF!
