Jynny Retzinger Legislative Breakfast

North Los Angeles County Regional Center’s 2026 Legislative Breakfast will bring together legislators, community leaders, advocates, families, service providers, and regional center partners for a morning of connection, advocacy, and dialogue.

This year’s theme will reflect on the history of California’s regional center system, discuss current priorities impacting individuals with developmental disabilities and their families, and explore opportunities to strengthen services for the future.

Attendees will hear from community leaders, advocates, and system partners on key topics including the legacy of the Lanterman Act, lived experiences, system sustainability, workforce needs, and future opportunities for disability inclusion.
