This gathering is about truth, accountability, and restoring DeAundre Hill’s humanity.
We are coming together to directly challenge and correct the public narrative put forward by the district attorney, the Sedgwick County Sheriff’s Office, and the Wichita Police Department. The family’s version of events will be presented in full, along with a clear discussion of how those events conflicted with Wichita Police Department policies.
Attendees will receive the most up-to-date, verified information available about the case, presented without spin or selective disclosure. Family members and friends will speak about who DeAundre truly was, not as a label or a headline, but as a son, a friend, and a deeply loved human being, and about what his loss has meant to those who knew him.
