???JUST FULL MOON is JUST SAUNA's monthly Full Moon sauna ritual, where you will get 2,5 hours of steaming hot sauna and reconnect with yourself and reflect in the heat via 4 facilitated sauna rituals in addition to cleansing and letting go rituals outside of the sauna.
What will happen at a JUST FULLMOON event?
?Bonfire and cleansing rituals
?The Ceremonial Heart opening Cacao is served around the fire
?4 sauna rituals specially designed for this full moon
?and lastly we check in with ourselves in the heat before exiting the world for another lunar cycle
So bring all of you and whatever themes are active in your life around this time. The sauna is a perfect space to work with yourself, letting go, feeling your emotions and easing your body and mind. Especially when we are tuning into the Full Moon and the energies around this time. Enjoy a special treat with heat, snacks, limonada, ice bath, bonfire and body scrub.
This Full Moon event will be facilitated by Bynkeh from Circles and Cycles. Professional Saunagus Master, Ceremonial Spaceholder and Shamanic Practitioner ??

Please get there 15 minutes before to land. We start on time.
Important: Please keep in mind that there are no refunds and ticket is non-changeable. You are always welcome to re-sell your ticket to another sauna lover who then gets to enjoy the heat.

The sauna is a non-sexual space and clothing is optional. We have a small tent where you can change and leave your clothing in to avoid the potential rain of the Danish weather. It can be a good idea to bring 2 towels (1 to cover your skin to protect the sauna wood inside the sauna and 1 towel to dry after sauna use), a bathrobe, slippers etc. to stay warm in between sessions.
Please note: It is required to bring 1 big towel to use inside the sauna to participate in the event. If you forget you can rent one on site.
